Current Positions
SENIOR ANALYST
Performs strategic business research and analysis for Extelligent clients
across a broad range of industries. Develops business decision support analyses,
consultative reference materials, and market research studies in support of
specific client directions and initiatives. Provides consultation, coordination,
and/or staff support to various client-side strategic committees and programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts and coordinates financial, product,
market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business
planning within the various departments and programs of the client's
organization.
Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data, and develops
integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic
decision-making.
Plans and coordinates the development of primary and secondary market
research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing
initiatives, as required, and presents findings of studies to client committees.
Coordinates and supports the development and implementation of special
research and/or survey initiatives related to specific research goals and/or
marketing directives.
Provides consultative, technical, and staff support, as appropriate, to
standing strategic decision-making committees.
Manages, coordinates, and evaluates the efforts of external organizations and
consulting operatives engaged in specifically commissioned research activities.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree with 5 to 10 years' experience directly related to the
duties and responsibilities specified. Postgraduate degree in finance,
marketing, and/or statistical sciences preferred. Must have exceptional
quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; superior written communication
skills; strong presentation skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Access; SPSS 10 or later experience preferred.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and build client relationships with both
existing and new customers to obtain sales.
Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific
clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract
negotiations and client presentations.
Manage the company's efforts to create new domestic business opportunities in
current and new market segments.
Establish, develop and implement a strategy and business development plan
that results in long term, value-added customer relationships among targeted
clients.
Identify business opportunities, identify customer needs, win new business,
and develop industry solutions.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Successful experience selling professional
services. Significant experience in new business development. Strong business
background in the professional services industry (international experience
helpful). Solid industry contacts that will lead to sales. BS degree in
Business; MBA preferred.
